These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions and website usage for BYC Cables. By engaging in business with us, you agree to the following industrial trade standards.
Quotations & Pricing
- Validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to adjustment based on global copper and raw material market fluctuations.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
- New Partners: Standard terms require a 30% T/T deposit to commence production, with the 70% balance due before shipment.
- Established Accounts: Flexible terms such as L/C at sight or extended credit may be available following a formal credit review.
Custom Order & Return Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the technical nature of our products, cables that are custom-manufactured or cut to specific lengths per client request are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
- Claims: Quality or quantity discrepancies must be reported in writing within 15 days of receipt at the destination port.
Limitation of Liability
BYC Cables shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from project delays or improper installation. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific goods supplied.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from commercial transactions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the registered location of BYC Cables, following international trade laws.
